Identity is the Crisis

In March 2025, the Riccardo Moebius Collective (ensemble members Katharina Uhland, Llewellyn Reichman, Konstantin Bühler, Christoph Coburger) explored questions of identity, boundaries, and freedom over the course of a week in their project IDENTITY IS THE CRISIS, CAN’T YOU SEE?

Riccardo Moebius traveled and conducted research on night trains across Europe, documenting encounters at the crossing of borders—between countries and conventions. It was an approach to one’s own identity through the attempt to understand that of others. They created an archive that could be directly experienced and walked through by the audience.
